The eligibility criteria to become a Delivery Amigo Partner location is a US commercial business location with set hours and are able to store packages in a safe and secure area. Convenience stores, cafés, pharmacies, gift shops, laundromats, and other neighborhood retail businesses are commonly well suited to serve as package pickup locations.

The required storage space depends on package volume, but partners should have a secure area that can comfortably hold incoming packages for customer pickup during the holding period.

Partners may operate multiple locations, but each must be registered, verified, and approved individually.

Depending on the number of packages received and the foot traffic of people that walk into your store as a result, some of our best location partners make $500 or more every month.

Partner earnings are processed on a monthly cycle and paid out on the 10th of each month. Payments are automatically calculated based on completed transactions and eligible earnings during the payout period. Any adjustments, deductions, or pending verifications may affect the final payout amount before it is released.

Partners accept packages and log each delivery in the Delivery Amigo app upon receiving them. Packages are stored securely in a non-public area until the customer arrives for pickup.

We allow packages that are 2 x 2 x 2 ft in dimensions and up to 50 lbs. If you receive a package that's outside these limits, please notify the Delivery Amigo team immediately and we will work with the customer to charge an additional handling fee.

Partners must verify the customer's Pickup PIN before releasing any package and promptly notify Delivery Amigo if their location becomes unavailable. Partners may not open, tamper with, or redirect customer packages.
