Everything you need to know about Delivery Amigo.
Customer
Delivery Amigo is a package receiving service that offers a secure package delivery address near you. Instead of having parcels left on your doorstep, in an unsafe lobby, or sent back when you are not home, you can have them delivered to a verified local business such as a convenience store, cafe, restaurant, or other trusted retail store near you, where you can pick them up at your convenience.
Here's how Delivery Amigo works:
- On the search page, choose a pickup location that works best for you based on distance and operating hours by entering your address or zip code.
- Select the monthly subscription plan that best fits your package receiving needs.
- Complete your booking to receive the full address of your selected location, which you can use as your shipping address while shopping online on any website. You will also receive a unique Pickup PIN required to collect your packages.
- Once your package arrives, visit the location, present your Pickup PIN, and collect your package at your convenience.
Note: Your Pickup PIN is assigned to your subscription, it is a single identifier for you as a subscriber, not a separate PIN per package. You use the same PIN to collect any and all packages associated with your subscription.
Delivery Amigo operates across the United States through a growing network of trusted local businesses that provide secure package receiving services. Our coverage continues to grow as we expand into new cities and neighborhoods. To find available locations near you, simply enter your ZIP code or address on the search page to view nearby package pickup points and operating hours.
Yes. A Customer may hold up to 5 active subscriptions at a time, with each location having its own pickup address and unique Pickup PIN. Accordingly, a customer may have up to 5 distinct Pickup PINs, one for each active subscription.
Delivery Amigo is designed for anyone who wants a safer, more convenient way to receive packages when you're experiencing porch piracy and package theft issues in your neighborhood or you keep missing deliveries because you're not home. You don't have to stand at the frustrating post office line or waste time rescheduling deliveries. It's also a great solution for travelers who want to order online and pick up at a convenient spot in the destination.
We currently offer two subscription plans based on your package receiving needs:
- The Basic plan is $7.50 per month and allows up to 5 packages per month.
- The Premium plan is $15.00 per month and allows up to 15 packages per month.

Packages received beyond your monthly limit are still accepted and charged at $2 per additional package for that month. If you find yourself regularly exceeding your basic plan, consider upgrading to the Premium plan, which includes up to 15 packages per month.
Delivery Amigo does not provide or arrange insurance coverage for packages or their contents. Customers ship packages at their own risk and are responsible for obtaining any desired insurance directly through the carrier, retailers or a third-party insurer.
Yes, you may authorize someone else to pick up your package on your behalf by sharing your Pickup PIN with them. The correct Pickup PIN is the main security requirement. The person picking up the package on your behalf must bring a valid government-issued photo ID for verification before the package can be released.
Customers have 7 days to pick up a package after it is marked as received by the partner location. A $2 late fee applies for each additional 7-day period the package remains uncollected. Packages left unclaimed for more than 28 days without communication with Delivery Amigo or the Location Partner may be disposed of at the partner's discretion.
Customers who stay in contact with Delivery Amigo may be granted additional time at the standard $2 per 7-day rate.
Standard package limits are up to 2 × 2 × 2 ft in size and under 50 lbs in weight. Packages that exceed these limits may incur an additional fee of $10–$100 per package, depending on the package dimensions, weight, and the partner location's handling requirements.
Customers must not ship prohibited items to a partner location, including hazardous materials, explosives, firearms, illegal drugs, living animals, perishable food, currency, jewelry, or any items restricted by law or the Partner's policies. Visit Terms page for the full list. Partner locations may refuse, return, or require removal of any package suspected of containing prohibited items.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by reaching out to support@deliveryamigo.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you can still use the service till then.

Pricing
We currently offer two subscription plans based on your package receiving needs:
- The Basic plan is $7.50 per month and allows up to 5 packages per month.
- The Premium plan is $15.00 per month and allows up to 15 packages per month.
Delivery Amigo accepts standard online payment methods available at checkout, including major credit and debit cards. The payment options available to you will be displayed during signup or when updating your billing details. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled. Each billing cycle begins on your activation date and runs for one calendar month. You may cancel anytime through your dashboard, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused subscription time.
Subscription plans cannot be changed once a billing cycle has started. Your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing month, and any requested plan changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Your subscription includes a 7-day pickup window starting from the time your package is marked as received by the Partner location. If the package is not collected within that period, a $2 late fee per package extends the holding period by an additional 7 days.
Please note that the late fee applies to each individual package, not to the subscription as a whole.

When you cancel, no further renewals are charged. Your subscription remains active for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for. You do not lose access immediately. Once that period ends, the subscription closes.
No. You may cancel your subscription at any time without a penalty fee. However, the current billing cycle you have already paid for is non-refundable.
No. Refunds are not provided for active or past billing periods, regardless of usage. This includes cancellations made mid-cycle or after a subscription renewal has already been processed.
The only circumstance where a refund may be considered is if the customer was incorrectly charged for a future billing cycle due to: (a) a verified system error, (b) a failed cancellation that was not processed despite a valid request, or (c) a duplicate charge.
