General
Delivery Amigo lets you receive packages at a nearby local business instead of your home address. Subscribe, get an address, and pick up using your PIN.
We are expanding rapidly. Enter your address on the search page to see locations near you.
Delivery Amigo does not provide insurance coverage. Packages are stored securely at vetted partner locations, but you ship at your own risk. If you want to insure your shipments, arrange cover directly with your carrier or a third-party insurer.
Pricing
Basic is $7.50/month (up to 5 packages). Premium is $15/month (up to 15 packages).
$2 per package beyond your monthly limit.
Yes — cancel from your dashboard with no fees.
Packages
Standard packages up to 2×2×2 ft and 50 lbs are accepted. Packages exceeding these limits may incur an additional fee of $10–$100 depending on dimensions and weight.
You have 7 days to pick up. Late fees apply after that in 7-day increments.
After 28 days without contact, the partner location may dispose of unclaimed items.
Pickup
Visit the location during opening hours and show your 6-digit PIN to the staff.
Your PIN is always visible in your dashboard.
Yes — share your Pickup PIN with them. The person collecting on your behalf may be asked to show a valid photo ID at the time of collection.
Partners
Any active commercial retail business can apply. Visit our List Your Space page.
Partners earn a share of each subscription at their location. Details provided during onboarding.
You must be a commercial retail location with regular opening hours and a secure storage area.
